This state-of-the-art nanoparticle technology deeply penetrates asphalt shingles, helping our protective silicone reinforce them from the inside out, restoring flexibility and enhancing water, UV, and algae protection. One application guarantees an additional ten years of life for your asphalt roof, and reapplying every ten years can potentially extend its lifespan by up to 50 years.

Can NanoROOF™ Preserve My New Roof?

We can preserve a new roof after an adhesion pull test to ensure no manufactured wax prevents our nanomaterials from bonding to your shingles. These waxes typically wear away after 1-3 years. We suggest treating roofs with Nano once the top granule coating starts shedding due to contraction and expansion stress. For asphalt roofs under 6-8 years old in southern climates or under 8-10 years old in northern climates, treatment may not be needed yet. However, if your roof is nearing these ages, have a NANO dealer evaluate it for granule loss and other issues.

Can You Preserve a Roof Older Than 20+ Years?

It all depends on the condition of the roof. During our roof assessment visit, we will evaluate the roof to determine if it qualifies for treatment based on factors such as granule loss, structural integrity, and any existing damage.
